I had a paper jam in my printer and spent a couple frustrating hours trying to fix it myself. I was able to pull out some torn paper but it still didn't work. I assumed there had to be more paper jammed somewhere inside but I couldn't see it. When I told Eric of the problem, he knew right away where the jam likely was, and of course he was right. His eagle eyes found it immediately. He got the jammed paper out so fast. I very much appreciated Eric's quick reaction and super fast turnaround! He clearly knows what he's doing, and he has a great friendly approach with customers. I will definitely contact Eric and Executive Printing Solutions (EPS) if I have a future problem with a printer. And, I like that EPS is a Veteran-owned business.
